Returns & Exchanges

At Orliane, we want you to feel completely confident and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 60 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all packaging and certificates included.

• Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

• Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

• No restocking fees will be applied.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once processed, you may place a new order for the item you’d like.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, final sale, or clearance items are not eligible for return.

• Earrings may not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless defective.
